Information Collected
When you create an account, Lookon processes your email address, display name, optional phone number, language, agreement records, verification state, and security timestamps. Session records include the client platform, expiry, and technical metadata needed to protect the account.
When you send a message, Lookon processes the submitted contact details, message, page context, time, and basic request metadata needed to deliver and protect the form.
- Do not submit secrets, passwords, or sensitive credentials.
- The anti-spam layer may temporarily use network identifiers.
Use and Retention
Information is used to provide accounts and sessions, respond to requests, prevent abuse, audit important security actions, and operate Lookon. It is not sold or used to build unrelated advertising profiles.
Messages may remain in the configured email system until they are no longer useful or a valid deletion request is completed.
Cookies and Secure Sessions
The site stores language and consent preferences. Signed-in website sessions use HttpOnly, Secure, SameSite=Lax cookies so browser scripts cannot read long-lived tokens. Optional analytics are loaded only when configured and, where applicable, after consent.
- Optional analytics can be refused in the consent banner.
- Browser settings can delete stored cookies.
